As Team Captain, we count on you to distribute any event information to the 
members of your team.

We call it YOU PLAY and WE PAY and it's another reason QCVolleyball is the
leader in producing quality volleyball events and giving you the best value
for your entertainment dollars!

Your entry fee is due when you check in at the tournament. We will accept
payment from the team as a whole or from individual players.

Please plan to arrive on time. Allow enough time for each of your players
to complete our brief check-in process. If you are late you may suffer the 
penalty of forfeiting your sets at 5 minute increments. If you are missing 
players, you may play with the players on your team who are there providing 
you do not have more males than females. Sorry, using a player from another 
team is not allowed.

You may utilize subs however, if you intend to use a substitute player in 
tournament play, that sub must have played in at least 1 match during pool 
play. If you have a sub, please make sure they stop at the registration table 
and check in.

We want our events to be FUN for everyone. Exhibitions of poor sportsmanship 
or inappropriate behavior will be dealt with accordingly, up to and including
disqualification from an event. In severe or repetitive cases, a player may 
be banned from future events for the remainder of the season.
