As Team Captain, you are responsible for distributing any event 
information to the members of your team.

All players must have a 2009 AVPNext membership. This only costs $10 for 
the year and provides insurance coverage. If one of your players is found 
not to have a current AVPNext membership, the player will be required to 
register with AVPNext using a paper form which costs $15 prior to your 
next match. 

If you are late we WILL NOT WAIT - you will forfeit your sets at 5 minute
increments. If you are missing players you may play with the players who 
are there providing you do not have more males than females. You may NOT 
utilize a player from another team.

Forfeits greatly disrupt tournament play and spoil the experience for the
other teams. This must be avoided at all costs. In the event any team 
forfeits a set, QCVolleyball tournament officials reserve the right to take 
any action they deem necessary or appropriate to maximize the experience 
for the teams, which have not forfeited. This includes, but is not limited 
to, expelling teams that forfeit any game from all or part of the remainder
of the tournament; rescheduling games; admitting replacement teams; or 
reassigning teams to different brackets/divisions.

You may utilize subs however, if you intend to use a substitute player in 
tournament play, that sub must have played in at least 1 match during 
pool play.

Good sportsmanship is not only expected - it is required at all QCVolleyball
events. Exhibitions of poor sportsmanship or inappropriate behavior will 
be dealt with accordingly, up to and including disqualification from an event. 
In severe or repetitive cases, a player may be banned from future events for 
the remainder of the season.
