Event Sponsorship
In 2008, QCVolleyball will conduct multiple clinics, leagues and tournaments, incorporating every
level of play and ability. All of our tournaments occur on weekends between the hours of 8:00 am.
to 7:00 pm.
Event sponsorship provides many attractive benefits and is available in varying levels, all of
which are explained below.
- Level 1 Sponsorship Level 1 sponsorship includes the following benefits:
WEBSITE
Your organization's name and logo will appear in the "SPONSORS" section of the event web pages.
Each event uses specific web pages for registration, event schedules, event results, photos, any
news pertaining to the event, and an event evaluation form. These event specific pages are created
weeks prior to the event and remain online indefinitely.
NEWSLETTER
Your organization's name and logo will appear in each issue of "QC Courtside", the Official
eNewsletter of QCVolleyball. This eNewsletter is distributed weekly via email to over 500
subscribers. Sponsor logos include a hyperlink to your website.
MEDIA REPRESENTATION
Your organization's name and logo will appear on all printed materials relating to events such as
schedules, event flyers, and Press Releases. Your name and logo will also appear in any print
advertising in local or national media. Your organization's name will also be included as a sponsor
in various on-site announcements made during the event.
APPAREL ADVERTISING
Your organization's name and logo will appear on all QCVolleyball apparel relating to the event,
including t-shirts, sweatshirts, or jackets.
- Level 2 Sponsorship
Level 2 sponsorship includes all of the benefits of Level 1 and includes the following
additions.
PRODUCT PLACEMENT
By becoming a Level 2 sponsor, your organization will be entitled to product exclusivity and will
have the right to have a display (including pop-up canopies, etc.) at the event. You may display
products on-site (space permitting), distribute product samples and provide literature to be
distributed to event participants during the event.
EVENT SIGNAGE
Your organization's logo will have a constant impact with court side display banners as well as
at registration/central check-in. In addition, your organization's name will be seen on tournament
boards and other promotional materials. Your organization's signage will be highly visible during
weekend events placed at all of the different venues, reaching thousands of players and onlookers.
Your company's signage will also be highly visible with court side banners at venues where
QCVolleyball holds leagues. These banners will remain in place throughout the season and will be
visible to all patrons.
- Level 3 Sponsorship
Level 3 sponsorship includes all of the benefits of Level 1 and Level 2 and includes the following
additions.
EVENT WINNER AWARD PRESENTATION
We will add your organization's logo or name to our large display-type check to be used for our
check presentation to the event champions. Digital photos will be taken of the check presentation
and will be published on our website and made available to the media. Photos will also be submitted
to the AVP website for publication there.
SPECIAL APPEARANCE AT YOUR ORGANIZATION'S PLACE OF BUSINESS
QCVolleyball will work with sponsors to hold a "meet and greet" event at your place of business.
We would bring our trailer and set up our sound system. We would arrange to have a local juniors
club team or a local college team on hand to provide demonstrations, meet the public and hold
contests and prize drawings. This type of event could be held in conjunction with any of your
events such as open house or sales promotions (pending scheduling availability).
QCVOLLEYBALL TRAILER
Your organization's logo will be added to the QCVolleyball trailer which travels to all of our
events. This 16' enclosed trailer is used as a rolling billboard to transport our equipment and
serves as a portable office and tournament headquarters at our events.
The logo would remain in place for the full season in which the event you sponsor is held.
You would be responsible for supplying your logo in a format suitable for use in creating the
necessary graphics to install on the trailer. (We need camera-ready vector art files.)
Following is a cost breakdown for the options associated with Event Sponsorship with QCVolleyball
- Level 1 Sponsorship = $100.00 per event
- Level 2 Sponsorship = $300.00 per event
- Level 3 Sponsorship = $500.00 per event
- Discounts are available for sponsorship of multiple events
